Just got traffic summon at the 6.6 km Puchong Kajang Highway. AES camera indicated my speed was 91 kpm. The spped limit was 90 kpm. Just for exceeding 1 kpm, I was fined for RM300.00. What sort of justice is this?

Yeah same with me here, 3lanes of highway what their aspect people to drive 90Kpm, if all of us using kancil, yes I can surely we can drive below 91Kpm but if we drive even Proton Saga BLM, how can people to manage to stepped their foot for getting lower than 91Kpm…
And why they always installed the cameras at 3lanes or 2lanes of highway with slow speeding rate…

Yeah, i just got caught in Kajang. Wonder why they install to charge slow speeding rates. I want to see them use it to catch those other fast cars!

Strangely they issue a ticket for you speeding 1km/h above the limit. You can surely argue & fight for it. According to PDRM, they will only issue tickets to speeds above 10km/h of the speed limit as the car speedometer is not 100% accurate. Even after changing they tire size, the speedometer will register a different speed. You should try to ask them to let you go since 91km/h is within the 10km/h allowance.

actually speed limit @ 6.6KM Puchong- Kajang Highway SKVE 80km bcoz nearby have pam station , but what the hell put camera @ that area?
